We are seeking a Lead AI Architect to join our team, working with a leading FinTech client to develop innovative AI solutions. Our client is building a GenAI Developer Assistant—an end-to-end GenAI-driven SDLC assistant framework. This platform leverages advanced GenAI technologies to accelerate product development and deployment, fostering innovation and delivering services to customers swiftly.
The AI Architect will serve as the primary liaison between the customer and the offshore team, coordinating with the customer’s teams to gather requirements and ensure platform goals are aligned.
Provide technical guidance on LLM and RAG architecture to the offshore team, overseeing the integration and deployment of LLM models and ensuring compliance with customer-specific requirements.
The role includes integrating webhooks into IDEs for code assist functionalities, leading discussions on multi-agent frameworks, and ensuring proper multi-agent interactions.
Additionally, handle on-the-ground troubleshooting, rapid prototyping, and knowledge transfer to the customer’s internal teams.
Education Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree & Minimum 10 years of total IT experience
